What are the shipping costs?

For orders with a value of £49.00 or more, delivery within the UK is free of charge. For orders under £49.00, we charge a flat fee of £5.90 per order.

When will the order be shipped?

The exact delivery time can be found with the respective item.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the UK.

Which shipping providers are used for my package?

We ship packages with our shipping partner GLS.

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

You can choose to deliver to an address different from your billing address, such as your workplace. To do this, uncheck the box "My billing and delivery address are the same" below the delivery address and enter a different billing address.

30-day right of return

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service. You will then receive all the information for free returns. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the amount paid.
