Rectangular shade sail for patio and garden
The Jardinion shade sail is an air-permeable sun shade made from HDPE fabric (180 g/m²). It provides reliable sun protection for patios, balconies and gardens, reducing direct sunlight by up to 95% and UV exposure by 97.5%.
Features and benefits
- Ventilated shade: breathable HDPE allows warm air to escape upwards and helps prevent heat build-up under the sail
- Weather-resistant design: wind- and water-permeable – helps prevent water pooling in rain
- Taut tension: concave-cut sides transfer tension to the corners and minimise sagging
- Robust construction: perimeter webbing, double-stitched edges and rustproof stainless-steel D-rings
Material and sizes
Made from tear-resistant HDPE, 180 g/m². Available in 2 x 3 m (6'7" x 9'10"), 3 x 4 m (9'10" x 13'1") or 3 x 5 m (9'10" x 16'5"), in beige, grey or white. The rectangular shape is ideal for patios, larger balconies and garden areas.
Where to use
Suitable as a garden shade sail, patio sun shade, over seating areas, sandpits, pools or for camping. Also usable as shade netting for raised beds or greenhouses.
Installation notes
For best stability, tension the sail diagonally from corner to corner. A slope of 20–25% supports water run-off. Fixing posts should be tilted by approx. 10° against the direction of pull.
