Sealing tape – what can you use for sealing?
Sealing indoors:
With Dalsys sealing tape, you can create long-lasting joint sealing around bathtubs, doors, windows and your kitchen worktop. Our sealing tape is not only waterproof, but also mould-resistant.
Sealing indoors and outdoors:
Butyl tape can be used to permanently seal a wide range of leaking surfaces. It offers strong adhesion and is heat-resistant as well as waterproof, preventing moisture from getting in. Butyl tape is also suitable for use on concrete, wood and tiled floors, among other surfaces.
Sealing in dry lining:
For dry lining, our range includes joint sealing tapes and partition wall tapes. These are used, for example, to achieve optimum sound insulation and decoupling in dry lining.
What materials are sealing tapes made from?
In our shop, you will mainly find sealing tapes made from rubber-based adhesive, providing strong bonding performance.
How do you apply sealing tape?
With self-adhesive sealing tapes, it is essential to ensure the surface is clean and free from dust. To properly cover corners and edges, we recommend cutting the tapes to size as required.
