With zinc gutters, you ensure long-lasting and reliable roof drainage. The extremely robust material leads to a long product lifespan, and the set design perfectly complements any roof covering.
Advantages of Zambelli Zinc Gutter Complete Sets:
The Zambelli complete set provides all the necessary components for proper and durable roof drainage. The sets are made of galvanized steel, offering high stability and corrosion resistance. Moreover, the set is easy to assemble, as no soldering is required, unlike conventional gutter sets, saving you time and effort.
How much does a zinc gutter set cost?
The prices of our sets vary depending on the selected size, which in turn depends on the roof area to be drained. The gutter diameter determines how much rainwater the gutter can hold. The number of roof sides (one or two) also influences the price, depending on the roof type.
How long does a galvanized gutter last?
The Zambelli roof drainage system has a long product lifespan. It is both corrosion-resistant and weatherproof. Additionally, Zambelli offers a 15-year warranty on the roof drainage range in our shop.
What material are Zambelli gutter sets made of?
The roof drainage sets are made of high-quality galvanized steel. They are shape-retaining, durable, and have a special zinc-magnesium coating that withstands high wind and snow loads.
What accessories can I purchase for Zambelli gutter sets?
In our shop, we offer accessories such as leaf protection products for the Zambelli gutter set. The Zambelli leaf guard is specifically designed for the gutter sets and can be easily attached to the gutter using clips and holders. Additionally, the Zambelli drain strainer is available to prevent downpipe blockages and fits perfectly with Zambelli gutters.
You can also find the Zambelli universal adhesive in our shop, specially developed for Zambelli's color variants. The adhesive can be used to seal and bond gutters, sheets, window sills, and metal parts.
How is the zinc gutter complete set installed?
Unlike conventional sets, Zambelli gutter sets are easy to assemble and do not require soldering. For proper installation, the first step is to mount the gutter brackets. Attach the brackets at the two ends of the roof plate, ensuring a necessary slope of 1–5 mm. Then, using a string, install the remaining adjustable brackets at equal distances. Next, hang the fascia board brackets on the fascia boards, ensuring the correct gutter elevation by selecting the grid hole so that the bracket sits precisely vertical on the wall.
Close the securing clips to prepare the gutter. Remove the protective film and attach the end caps on both ends. Mark the downspout outlet on the gutter and cut the outlet hole accordingly. Connect the downspout outlet to the gutter and hang it in the fascia brackets.
To connect two gutters, prepare the gutter connectors by gluing the rubber seal to the connector. The seal should protrude slightly on the beaded or closure side. Insert the beaded connector into the already attached gutter segment and join the gutters. When closing the connector, ensure it is first hooked over the water groove and then pulled forward towards the bead.
The final step involves installing the downpipe, connecting it to the outlet using pipe clamps secured to the wall.
What colors are Zambelli gutter sets available in?
The galvanized steel gutter set is available in different colors, including anthracite, silver, and copper brown, allowing you to match it to your roof covering.
How are Zambelli gutter sets cleaned?
For a longer lifespan of your gutter set, we recommend regular cleaning. It's essential to remove leaves and debris from the gutter. For stubborn dirt, you can use a brush. Afterward, simply rinse the gutter and downpipe with water to remove the remaining dirt.
