Benefits of Zambelli complete zinc gutter sets:
Zambelli’s complete set includes all the components you need for professional, durable roof drainage. The sets are made from galvanised steel, offering high stability and excellent corrosion resistance. What’s more, the system is easy to push-fit together: unlike conventional gutter sets, Zambelli gutter sets do not require soldering, saving you time and effort.
How much does a zinc gutter set cost?
Prices for our sets vary depending on the size you choose, which in turn depends on the roof area to be drained. The gutter diameter affects how much rainwater the gutter can carry. The number of roof sides (one or two sides), depending on the roof type, is also a factor that influences the price.
Which different sets are available?
Zambelli gutter sets are available in three different sizes in our shop. Depending on the roof area to be drained, the appropriate size is recommended. The figures below refer to one roof side being drained.

How is the complete zinc gutter set installed?
Unlike conventional sets, Zambelli gutter sets are easy to push-fit together and do not require soldering. For correct installation, the first step is to fit the gutter brackets. The brackets are fixed at the two ends of the roof edge, and the required fall of 1–5 mm (approx. 0.04–0.20 in) must be maintained. Use a string line to fit the remaining adjustable brackets at equal spacing. Then hook the fascia brackets onto the fascia boards. Make sure the correct gutter height is achieved by selecting the fixing hole so that the fascia bracket sits perfectly plumb against the wall.
Next, close the locking tabs so the gutter can be prepared. First remove the protective film and fit the end caps at both ends. Mark the position of the outlet on the gutter and cut the outlet hole accordingly. Now connect the outlet to the gutter and hook it into the fascia brackets.
To connect two gutters, prepare the gutter connector. Glue the rubber seal into the connector, ensuring it protrudes slightly on the bead/locking side. Then insert the bead connector into the already installed gutter section and join the gutters together. When closing the connector, note that it must first be hooked over the rear fold and then pulled forwards towards the front bead.
The final step is installing the downpipe. This involves connecting the outlet to the downpipe. Pipe clips are used for this and are fixed to the wall.
Which colours are Zambelli gutter sets available in?
The galvanised steel gutter set is available in various colours. You can get the set in, for example, anthracite, silver and copper brown, making it easy to match the colour to your roof covering.
How are Zambelli gutter sets cleaned?
To extend the service life of your gutter set, we recommend regular cleaning. It’s important to remove leaves and dirt from the gutter. For stubborn dirt, you can also use a brush. Afterwards, simply rinse the gutter and downpipe with water to remove any remaining debris.
